A survey released on Tuesday said that 63 per cent companies are planning to recruit in the next three months i.e. July-September quarter to accelerate recovery and sustain economic growth.
According to the Manpower Group's Employment Outlook Survey, the employment outlook in India is likely to remain extremely strong during the July-September quarter of 2022. The net employment outlook during this period may remain at an eight-year high of 51 per cent. Let us tell you that 3,000 companies have been included in this survey.

What is Net Employment Scenario
The net employment outlook is arrived at by subtracting the percentage of employers anticipating a decrease in hiring activity from the percentage of employers expecting an increase in total employment. According to the survey, 63 per cent of the companies expect an increase in the hiring level during the July-September quarter. At the same time, 12 percent have expressed apprehension of cut in appointments. Whereas 24 percent people have spoken of status quo.
There is positive sentiment in all sectors
Sandeep Gulati, Managing Director, Manpower Group India said, “Sentiment is positive across all sectors to accelerate the reform process in India and sustain economic growth despite rising inflation and geopolitical instability. Let us tell you that in comparison to the same quarter last year, there has been a jump of 46 percent in the hiring sentiment in the September quarter of this time. At the same time, it is 13 percent more than the April-June quarter.

Which areas have the most opportunities
According to the survey, the highest demand will come in the digital sector. The maximum number of jobs will emerge in IT and Technology. It is followed by banking, finance, insurance and real estate. Jobs will come in restaurants, hotels and manufacturing but less than the above. Gulati says that along with the growing need for tech-enabled services, the demand for professionals in these fields has increased across the globe. The best employment environment in the Asia Pacific region is visible in India.
